1 portion of meat loaf (warm or cold) 
Mustard, Ketchup as needed
"LieblingsKren with Apple" according to your taste

Tip:

The meat loaf can also be replaced by other meat or sausages. The "LieblingsKren with Apple" refines the taste for example of salami, ham or boiled beef.
